A classic problem: lots of inbound contacts, slow service on an expensive third-party platform, quotes done by hand and shipping tracked in an outdated system with a monthly fee.

We took it over layer by layer, always measuring before replacing anything. Every layer in this case study is in production today.

Serves resellers 24/7: a receptionist agent routes each message to specialist agents for quotes, orders and technical support (which reads the product manuals). It applies each reseller's price list and issues invoices and payment slips directly in the ERP.

In-house customer service platform

Replaced a paid platform (Blip) on the main number: queue, history, a CRM with 3,548 contacts, a map of where customers get stuck in the flow and attribution of which ad brought each chat. It ran in parallel before the switch.

Factory and store in one system, parts and customers synced from the ERP, pre-orders arriving from the WhatsApp agent, labels, packing lists and an audit trail. Replaced a system that charged a monthly fee.
